God is Faithful
Wow, it has been such a long time. God has blessed Maranda and I with four children. Life passes and families grow. Through it all. God is faithful. Thankful for His love toward us.

Reminder of our MIRACLE
Today, circumstances caused me to write this testimony out in letter form of our blessings that we continue to have and share. God is good and I thank Him daily for the gifts that He has blessed us with. Read my letter and see God's faithfulness.

.......,
Thank you so much for thinking of me and my family in sharing your friend's testimony. (We are overcomers by the word of our testimony). I read Kelly's words and was taken back/reminded of our similar story. -
Our daughter, Hannah Grace Moore -- was given little hope from the doctors in the beginning - due to the preecamplsia my wife experienced early in the pregnancy. Maranda was student teaching at the time - and was asked to stop that process for a while and rest at home. Doctors/specialists monitored Maranda and Hannah closely starting from 21 weeks. I remember an appointment we had early on (set up by our doctors) to meet with the NICU department: Maranda and I walked down the hospital hallway to a special nursery and had a one on one appointment with a NICU doctor who was trying to prepare us for what lay ahead of us. She started with it appears that Hannah has a significant chance, due to the lack of growth and development, of being blind, deaf, and unable to really function. We walked out of that room heartbroken, down and discouraged.
We continued to pray and believe that God had His hand on our lives.
Week after week - appointment after appointment - Hannah continued to grow (still at a slow pace) - the doctors believed that Hannah had a chance to make it to 32 weeks. Maranda's blood pressure stabilized with medication and monitoring.
The end result: Hannah amazed the doctors -- with her fighting will to live - and the improvements that she exhibited. Maranda had a C-section at 34 weeks. Hannah came up perfectly healthy. Small....but had all her basic functions. Breathing was perfect -- she required a feeding tube only for 1 night - and was able to leave the NICU in one full day. Hannah Grace was born 3 pounds 15 ounces. The doctors were amazed and knew that God gave Hannah Grace - the 'grace' to live and be healthy.
As you know now - Hannah Grace is almost 3 years old - and is healthy and happy.
All development milestones are perfect for her age - except for her expressive language skill. She is about 3-6 months behind on that - but I will have to say that in recent months - she has improved quite a bit - and able to say basic things. Her regular pediatrician has little concern. ......., your prayers ARE so much appreciated. Thank you.
I know that this is a long letter and sharing a lot of information - but I thought that this Bible verse is important - God gave Maranda a verse to hold on to in faith during her pregnancy - and we are reminded of this every so often: I would like to share with you a word that Maranda receieved from the Lord speaking over our child. A promise that Hannah would grow healthy, strong and beautiful. It is found in Ezekiel 16:6-14: " 'Then I passed by and saw you kicking about in your blood (blood pressure), and as you lay there in your blood I said to you, "LIVE!" Again I say LIVE!!! 7 I made you grow like a plant of the field. You grew up and developed and became the most beautiful of jewels. Your breasts were formed and your hair grew, you who were naked and bare.
8 " 'Later I passed by, and when I looked at you and saw that you were old enough for love, I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your nakedness. I gave you my solemn oath and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Sovereign LORD , and you became mine.
9 " 'I bathed you with water and washed the blood from you and put ointments on you. 10 I clothed you with an embroidered dress and put leather sandals on you. I dressed you in fine linen and covered you with costly garments. 11 I adorned you with jewelry: I put bracelets on your arms and a necklace around your neck, 12 and I put a ring on your nose, earrings on your ears and a beautiful crown on your head. 13 So you were adorned with gold and silver; your clothes were of fine linen and costly fabric and embroidered cloth. Your food was fine flour, honey and olive oil. You became very beautiful and rose to be a queen. 14 And your fame spread among the nations on account of your beauty, because the splendor I had given you made your beauty perfect, declares the Sovereign LORD.
A word from the Lord to me during all this (I was reminded, recalling this story) was from Isaiah 59:21 "As for me, this is my covenant with them (the Moores)," says the LORD . "My Spirit, who is on you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouths of your children, or from the mouths of their descendants from this time on and forever," says the LORD. Wow, God is good...!
........, thank you for letting me recall the blessings of our heavenly Father -- it was good to be reminded of the miracle that God has placed in our lives. Hannah Grace has been blessed with double grace on her life - and we are so thankful for this. God has and is so good to us. My heart is filled with joy and appreciation today - as I look back on God's faithfulness.
........, God has a plan and a purpose for every situation we go through - be encouraged today - as I have been.

If you get a chance - read Ecclesiastes -- If you ever question the meaning of life - read this book. Solomon gives his wisdom and thoughts about the meaning of life. Very good principles to live by. Growing in God's Love, TIM
Go, eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for it is now that God favors what you do. 8 Always be clothed in white, and always anoint your head with oil. 9 Enjoy life with your wife, whom you love, all the days of this meaningless life that God has given you under the sun— all your meaningless days. For this is your lot in life and in your toilsome labor under the sun. 10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the grave, [c] where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom. Ecs. 8:7-10

Meet My Papa
Meet my Papa -- I didn't have all those years to really know him -- but I knew his character and his heart. He departed from this earth too early... but God always has a plan. He represented one who deeply had a connection with Almighty God. His FOCUS was always on God. Born in Yugoslavia - served in the Slovak military - immigrated to Canada (1936) with his family. A hard working farmer (earning a dollar a week on the farm) who also dedicated his life to the service of God. Taking time out of his schedule - going back to his home country, Yugoslavia, preaching the gospel.
Growing up we visited him in Canada quite often. Each visit consisted of a family prayer before a meal and conversation always led to the Bible. Looking back at those times - I admire the dedication and heart toward God. His faithfulness in service is respected. One thing I strive to pass on to my following family generations.
Many fond memories....

EVERYTHING WE NEED
I was emailed this morning this videoclip -A powerful example of God's true love for us.
It’s a skit that was done at Winterfest this year set to “Everything” by the band Lifehouse. It brought me to tears and reminded me how careful I need to be every single day to cling to Jesus. We have so many “distractions” that can come against us, tempt us, and tear us away from God. And they will tear our life apart. But, if we spend our days right next to God, including Him in our daily activities, letting Him lead us, we will be protected.
If you need Jesus to come to your rescue and help you fight off the distractions, temptations, and harmful influences in your life all you have to do is ask for His help. Get down on your knees and pray to God. Ask Him to forgive you for your sins, tell Him that you believe that He sent His son, Jesus Christ, to die for you, so you could spend eternity in relationship with Him.

King of Kings

Something to think about...
King of Kings and Lord of Lords - Takes a deeper meaning when you actually take a closer look at the words (sometimes harder to do, when you think about it). Do you apply this in all that you do? This is the desire of God - for us to completely turn to Him. We all fail - but His grace is greater than our short falls.
Is God the top priority in all we do? (King of Kings)
Do we seek Him in all we do? (Lord of Lords)
Use this thought today - in a decision you may make today. Seek Him first and see where the priority is. Where is the priority?
Growing daily in God's Love,
TIM
